Preparations for the 19th Travel Tour Expo 2012 (TTE 2012), the country’s biggest travel and tourism industry event of the year, are in full swing. With this year’s theme One Stop Shop to the World, TTE 2012 promises visitors an even wider variety of travel options and special
packages only available onsite scheduled on February 17 to 19 at the SMX Convention Center Halls 1, 2, 3 and 4 in Pasay City.
The three-day event is expected to exceed last year’s more than 60,000 visitors from around the Philippines with over 450 booths featuring some 200 local and international organizations including travel agencies, airline companies, cruise operators, domestic tour operators, government agencies, embassies, national tourism organizations, hotels and resorts, international tour operators, travel shops, and many more.
The Travel Tour Expo was conceptualized in 1994 to showcase the products and services of its members. Since then, it has grown to be the ultimate destination for the most out-of-this-world travel deals and the prime marketplace for all destinations.
Now on its 19th edition, TTE continuously does its best to deliver an even more special show every year presenting local and international destinations, cultural presentations and discounted travel packages from the exhibitors.
The expo is open to the public from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Friday, February 17 to Saturday, February 18, and from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Sunday, February 19, for a minimal entrance fee of P50 for regular visitors and P20 for senior citizens.
The 19th Travel Tour Expo 2012 is organized by PTAA with the Department of Tourism.
The event is also supported by Philippine Airlines as Official Carrier, Citibank as Platinum sponsor and official credit card partner, Bronze sponsor TIEZA.
The event is also supported by The Foreign Post, Travel Update, Travelife, Business World and Crossover 105.1.
