Louise immediately resumed working after her accident at the shoot for the 'Shake, Rattle & Roll' episode 'Parola'
MANILA, Philippines - Kapuso actress Louise delos Reyes is now doing better after her accident during a shoot for the Metro Manila Film Festival entry, "Shake, Rattle & Roll 13."
"Okay naman po ako. Ang naging advice lang sa'kin ng doctor ko no'n, I need to wear neck braces para masuportahan 'yung sa leeg ko," said she in an interview aired on "Unang Hirit," Dec. 1.
In fact, Louise is set to wrap up shooting for the film.
"Goodmorning everyone! Up this early. Now off to #SRR13 last day shoot," tweeted Louise on Thursday.
The tween star recalled how her head hit the floor during the filming via the "Unang Hirit" interview.
"I was doing this stunt tapos… na-excite ako masyado… 'yung mattress kasi talaga maliit. Pag ikot ko, 'yung ulo ko lang 'yung hindi nasalo ng mattress so naging unconscious talaga ako," said Louise.
She's grateful to her director, Jerrold Tarog, who visited her in the hospital.
"Thanks direk @jerroldtarog for staying with me in the hospital:) Sayang walang stick-o:( Hehe peace po!:)," she posted on Nov. 23.
Although she suffered swelling on the head, Louise immediately got back to work, which took quite a toll on her.
"After kong maaksidente--actually nung nasa ospital ako, gusto kong bumalik sa shoot--kinabukasan, meron akong shoot for 'My Beloved,' although nakaupo lang ako medyo hindi gumagalaw, sabi ng doktor na-stress pa rin ako, napagod pa rin ako, at somehow nabinat ako.
"So pagdating ko naman ulit sa 'Shake,' kinabukasan nun, medyo nahilo din ako kasi nasobrahan sa pagod…" she said.
Louise is part of the "Shake" episode, "Parola," along with Sam Concepcion, Kathryn Bernardo, Hiro Magalona, Ara Mina, Dimples Romana, and Ina Raymundo. She's also featured in Yam Laranas' latest horror film, "The Road."
