For Philippine Fashion Week, L’Oreal Paris presented intensely colored lips, glowing skin and colorful eye lids.
For Michael Cinco, whose collection was influenced by Grecian goddesses, L’Oreal made up the models in pinks and purples (eyes) and peach (lips).
For Noel Crisostomo’s Olympics meets 20th century cubism, L’Oreal came up with a “fresh-from-the-shower” look with White Oerfect Pearl Liquid Foundation, beige and grey eye shadows and pink blush and lipstick.
Lizanne Cua’s collection was inspired by the book “...And Then There Were Thirteen.” The clothes showed Cua’s take on power dressing. The makeup was also about android goth--plum lips, subtle blush and killer lashes.
For spring-summer 2012, young designer Sassa Jimenez took inspirations from the fantasy circus. The clothes had hints of fiskiness and mystery. The designer’s vision was an all-female dream circus while the face was also about sexy lashes and powerful lips (Color Riche in Intense Fuchsia).
Eric delos Santos’ collection is for the woman who expects great things to come. The clothes are in soothing colors and the silhouettes are relaxed and flowing but the makeup is fierce. The eyes are lined with blue and turquoise while the lips are in a dramatic coral (Glam Shine 6H Coral Sherbet).
Chris Diaz was inspired by an ethnic tribe in North America in photographs captured by Ed Curtis. The collection is a celebration of the rich culture of the Native American Indians. The face is bold with soft supple skin, glowing apricot cheeks and fuchsia lips.
